NEW OFFICE LOCATION- 7 N. Robert Avenue, Arcadia, FL 34266 ( on the corner of 70E and Robert Avenue, across from Memorial Elementary School).
As a lawyer practicing in a small town, I have the pleasure (and challenge) of mastering many fields of law.
In one day, I may spend the morning negotiating a business contract, and the afternoon
litigating the custody of a two-year old. I might be prosecuting a boundary dispute on land
in the morning, and helping someone probate their late mother's estate in the afternoon.
Sometimes, I practice at night, appearing before a governing body or board with a
zoning matter or property tax appeal.
Most attorneys are forced to specialize in order to remain competitive: I am blessed
to practice law in a small community that requires its few lawyers to be well-versed
in many fields.
I am not certified by Florida as a specialist, but I do practice in the following areas
of law:
• General Civil Litigation
• Construction Litigation
• Real Estate Litigation
• Probate and Probate Litigation
• Landlord-Tenant Issues
• Elder Law
• Family Issues, including Divorces, Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Adoption,
Enforcement of Out-of-State Orders, Grandparent's Rights, and Removal or
Placement of Children
• Creditor's Rights
• Land Use & Rezoning
My goal is to have my clients and my community say of me that I provide wise
counsel and firm representation.
